Discover Charity Corporation
A for-profit company that has programs for non-profit organizations to help them accept and liquidate real estate assets through existing charitable tax options.

Challenge
A brand new company, the owners came with a brief concept of who they were and what they wanted out of a marketing program. They needed everything from a business plan to written copy.

Solution
We developed an entire marketing program from scratch. We had to test market to find the most effective program and create a marketing and business plan to pitch to potential investors. We also developed all of the branding and collateral material. We came up with five target markets: insurance brokers, financial advisors, non-profits, corporations, and real estate agents, and developed individual marketing strategies for each. We continually review, tweak marketing materials, and provide support to advocate members to adjust with the swiftly changing market.
